In using the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo you agree to the following:

• That the South Australian Government is the owner of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo and that your use of the logo is subject to SA Government direction. This includes the right to refuse the use of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo or to ask that the logo no longer be used in your advertising and marketing material.
• That you will follow the standards as outlined in the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend Logo Usage Guidelines.
• That any directions for adjustments to artwork in regard to the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo made by the SATC will be carried out by the user and a further proof provided to satc.logos@tourism.sa.com
• That you will only use the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo on the material you have outlined in this application.
• That this application for the use of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo is for one distinct or individual item you are producing.
• That this application is for a once-only use of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo and that a further application will be required for any further or repeat use.
• That the organisation, product, service or event being promoted using the SATC logo in this application is one of the following:
  • The South Australian Tourism Commission
  • A regional tourism association
  • A SA Government department or agency
  • A local government office
  • A state tourism office
  • A tourism industry association (ie Houseboat Hirers Association)
  • A SATC or Events South Australia trade marketing partner
  • A SATC sponsored regional event*
  • The media
  • A group promoting SA as a destination
  • Event on-site signage
  • A product or service supporting South Australia. A Brilliant Blend through the brand values of:
    • Clean and green
    • Living heritage and tradition
    • Free thinking
    • Genuine and personal

* Regional events using the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend must accompany the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo with the Government of South Australia logo.
