The credit line for use of materials must either credit the South Australian Tourism Commission and/or include the web address southaustralia.com

Wherever possible, captions used with images from the Media Gallery must include the name of the event or the location (ie business, town or region) or where a general activity or experience is depicted must include the words "South Australia".

Receiving visual materials does not constitute permission in any way to create copies or duplicates of those materials: such permission lies solely with the SATC.

Visual materials cannot be transferred to a third party or reproduced for any use other than that approved by the South Australian Tourism Commission.

In using the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo you agree to the following:

• That the South Australian Government is the owner of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo and that your use of the logo is subject to SA Government direction. This includes the right to refuse the use of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo or to ask that the logo no longer be used in your advertising and marketing material.
• That any directions for adjustments to artwork in regard to the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo made by the SATC’s Creative Director will be carried out by the user and a further proof provided to the SATC.
• That you will only use the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo on the material you have outlined in this application.
• That this Application for the use of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo is for one distinct or individual item you are producing.
• That this application is for a once-only use of the South Australia. A Brilliant Blend logo and that a further application will be required for any further or repeat use.
